Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Scanixx LLC (“Scanixx,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use our website, products, or services.
Eligibility & Legal Compliance
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Scanixx.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules, aviation regulations, and local ordinances.
Scanixx does not provide legal, regulatory, or operational advice regarding drone use, flight permissions, airspace authorization, or compliance requirements.
Certain drones, accessories, and technologies may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including ITAR and EAR. By purchasing from Scanixx, you agree to comply with all applicable export, import, and customs regulations.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods.
Applicable sales tax will be charged where required by law.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped only after payment has been successfully processed.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier (F.O.B. shipping point).
Scanixx is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, manufacturer delays, supply-chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any delivery times displayed on product pages are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
All returns are governed by the Scanixx Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key conditions include, but are not limited to:
Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
All returns require prior approval and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Warranty
All products sold by Scanixx are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty (including, but not limited to, DJI, QYSEA, Chasing, and other brands).
Scanixx does not provide any additional or extended warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.
All warranty determinations are subject to manufacturer evaluation and approval.
Repairs & Service
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from authorized service or repair centers unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
Scanixx is not responsible for any loss of data, including photos, videos, or flight logs, during inspection, service, repair, testing, or firmware updates.
Repair timelines are estimates only and may vary based on manufacturer approval and parts availability.
Product Use, FAA Regulations & Drone Operation
Operation of drones and unmanned systems in the United States is regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Customers are solely responsible for:
Drone registration where required
Obtaining FAA Part 107 certification for commercial use
Compliance with all airspace, flight, and safety regulations
Scanixx makes no representation or guarantee that any product sold or serviced is compliant for a specific use case, jurisdiction, or operational environment.
Training, Certification & No-Fly Zones
Scanixx does not provide pilot certification, flight training, legal authorization, or operational clearance.
Any general guidance provided by Scanixx is for informational purposes only and does not constitute FAA approval or regulatory advice.
Customers are responsible for verifying and complying with all No-Fly Zones, restricted airspace, and temporary flight restrictions prior to every flight.
Product Modifications
Unauthorized modifications, third-party repairs, firmware alterations, or use of non-approved accessories void all manufacturer and service warranties.
Scanixx assumes no liability for performance issues, malfunctions, or damages resulting from such modifications.
Safety, Insurance & Assumption of Risk
Drone and robotics operation involves inherent mechanical, environmental, and operational risks.
Scanixx does not provide insurance coverage for any product sold or serviced. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for operation, liability, and risk mitigation.
By purchasing or using products from Scanixx, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
You assume all risks associated with product use and operation
Scanixx is not liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, fines, penalties, or legal consequences
Scanixx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scanixx’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on scanixx.com, including text, images, trademarks, branding, and logos, is the property of Scanixx LLC and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, United States.
Changes to These Terms
Scanixx LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website, products, or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
