Scanixx LLC is committed to providing transparent, reliable, and efficient shipping services. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing procedures, estimated delivery timelines, shipping methods, customer responsibilities, and limitations of liability.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 business hours after full payment has been received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may vary during product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.


Estimated Delivery Times

Each product listing on www.scanixx.com displays an estimated delivery window based on supplier availability, warehouse location, and carrier information.

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including, but not limited to, stock availability, warehouse location, carrier capacity, customs clearance, manufacturer delays, port congestion, labor disputes, weather conditions, or other logistical circumstances beyond our control.

Scanixx LLC shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control.


Shipping Methods & Costs

Orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS, depending on product type and destination.

Available shipping options (Standard, Expedited, or Overnight) are displayed at checkout when applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected service level.


Shipping Coverage

Scanixx ships throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International shipping may be available for select products, subject to U.S. export control laws and regulatory compliance requirements.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying local import laws, aviation regulations, and drone restrictions in their destination country.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

After order processing, customers will receive an order confirmation email.

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to become visible.


Delivery Address & Risk of Loss

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address.

Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.

All shipments are made F.O.B. (Free on Board) shipping point, meaning title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Scanixx LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after carrier pickup.


Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

In the event of a delayed, lost, or damaged shipment, customers must contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

Scanixx may assist with filing a carrier claim but cannot guarantee the outcome or resolution timeline.

No refunds or replacements will be issued while a shipment is under active carrier investigation.


Split Shipments & Multiple Warehouses

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to expedite fulfillment.

Split shipments will not incur additional shipping charges beyond the amount paid at checkout.


International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and regulatory compliance.

Scanixx LLC is not responsible for delays, confiscations, seizures, or additional costs imposed by customs or governmental authorities.

Any shipment returned due to unpaid duties, refusal of import, or regulatory non-compliance will be refunded minus shipping costs and applicable restocking fees, in accordance with the Scanixx Return & Refund Policy.


Force Majeure

Scanixx LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in order fulfillment or delivery resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, extreme weather, or pandemics
Supply chain disruptions or manufacturer delays
Labor disputes, strikes, or transportation interruptions
Acts of government, war, or terrorism

In such cases, orders may be delayed or canceled without liability.


Returns & RMA Requirement

All returns are governed by the Scanixx Return & Refund Policy and require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Scanixx support.

Return addresses are provided only after RMA approval.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


Changes to This Policy

Scanixx LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
