General Return Policy
At Scanixx, we specialize in high-value, professional drone and robotics products. Due to the technical nature of these products, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Scanixx.
Items must be returned new, unused, and unopened, in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.
All returned items are subject to inspection before any refund is approved.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
This fee covers inspection, repackaging, handling, and administrative processing.
Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in like-new condition. Original packaging, labels, accessories, documentation, and components must be included. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened, used, flown, crashed, modified, or damaged products unless confirmed as defective under warranty.
Software, licenses, digital downloads, subscriptions, or activation-based products.
Custom-configured products or special orders.
Clearance, sale, or “final sale” items.
Batteries, consumables, or items with missing or damaged components.
Condition of Returned Products
Products returned in incomplete, damaged, altered, or improperly packaged condition may result in a reduced refund or complete denial of the return.
Scanixx reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the stated conditions.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed error or defect on the part of Scanixx.
Exchanges
Customers wishing to exchange a product must initiate a new purchase order after returning the original item, if eligible, in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
Products found to be defective upon arrival (“Dead on Arrival”) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Scanixx may coordinate with the manufacturer (e.g., DJI, QYSEA, or other brands) to repair, replace, or service the product under the manufacturer’s warranty.
All DOA determinations and replacements are subject to manufacturer approval.
Products reported outside the 48-hour window may be processed as standard warranty claims.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or DOA evaluation, email info@scanixx.com with your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.
Upon approval, you will receive an RMA number and the authorized return address.
Ship the product back with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Scanixx is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Policy Updates
Scanixx LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
