  • By using products purchased from Scanixx LLC, you agree that Scanixx is not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses caused by the use or misuse of our products.

  • Customers must follow manufacturer guidelines and FAA safety requirements at all times.

Export Compliance

  • Certain drones, accessories, and technologies may be subject to U.S. Export Control laws (ITAR/EAR).

  • Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all export regulations when purchasing or transporting products outside of the United States.

  • Scanixx LLC assumes no responsibility for delays, seizures, or issues caused by customs authorities.

Product Modifications

  • Unauthorized modifications, software changes, or use of third-party parts may void manufacturer warranties and create unsafe conditions.

  • Scanixx LLC disclaims all liability for products that have been altered from their original condition.

Training & Certification

  • Commercial applications such as aerial inspections, mapping, agriculture, or search and rescue may require specific training, licenses, or permits.

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining the required certifications before operating drones for professional use.
